Oxford & District Cats Protection
The Oxford and District Branch of Cats Protection is one of over two hundred and fifty groups of CP volunteers in the UK rescuing, treating, neutering and re-homing unwanted, abandoned or needy cats and kittens.  Established locally in 1988, we work  through a network of fosterers, who provide temporary accommodation for needy cats and kittens until safe, loving, permanent homes can be found for them.  Fosterers are supported by other volunteers who concentrate on fundraising.  If you are interested in helping our activities, whether in fundraising, fostering, trapping or home visiting, please contact us by phone or email.  Any offer of help will be warmly welcomed: you don't need to be experienced in work with cats, as we provide training andl ots of practical support.
