This is an independent, community-based peace group which works to abolish nuclear weapons, to address the root causes of war and to promote peaceful conflict-resolution. We meet on the third Tuesday of every month except August, at 8pm in the Northcourt Centre, Northcourt Road, OX14 1NS.

Info: We meet at the Brewery Tap pub in Abingdon on Monday nights at 8pm. We are part of the National Federation of Plus groups which consits of 40 groups all over the country. We organise social events, sports and many other activities.

Parkinson's
The Oxford and District Branch of Parkinson's UK has an active programme on the first Wednesday of each month. Meetings are at 7.15pm at Botley WI Hall Hinksey OX2 oLT. Some seeions are informative talks, others are social events, meals, outings including 17th March to The Boat Inn near Witney and 12th May to The London Eye.
