We have been in existence for sixty years, meeting every Friday lunchtime in the heart of historic Abingdon, seeking through our friendly fellowship to put our resources of time and money towards helping others locally, nationally and internationally. The Ridgeway Speakers Club
A lively social environment where you learn to communicate better, gain confidence for interviews and presentations. Public speaking fun! Free for first two visits. The Club meets at 7.15pm for 7.30pm on the first and third Wednesdays of the month upstairs at the King's Head and Bell, East St Helen's Street. Thames Valley Roller Skating Club
This is an Abingdon club for all ages for enthusiastic roller skaters. Individuals can join and so can all the family, with the opportunity for all ages to skate together. Learn to skate and decide that you enjoy it enough before coming along to join a session 5.30pm to 7.30pm on Sunday at the Leisure Centre. Regular skaters with reasonable skill can later attend a weekday session.
