Abingdon-on-Thames Town Council welcomes enquiries, comments and feedback about all of their services and functions.

The  Visitor and Community Information Centre is in the Museum basement (Old County Hall, adjacent to the Mousehole Cafe).   The centre deals with all Council enquiries and general information about the town, about travel, accommodation and events. Residents Parking Permit applications are also taken here. The Centre is open Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm and Satruday 10am to 3pm. 

The Town Council Offices are located a few yards away  in Roysse Court, above the Registry Office. If you would prefer to avoid the stairs a member of staff can come down to talk to you at the Information Centre  - please ask at the desk for them to phone up for the right member of staff.

The council sets standards for the delivery of its services and facilities.
