Abingdon-on-Thames Town Council welcomes enquiries, comments and feedback about all of their services and functions.

The Council's reception and the Visitor and Community Information Centre are based in the Guildhall, accessed via Roysse Court off Bridge Street OX14 3HL.  The centre deals with all Council enquiries and general information about the town, about travel, accommodation and events. The Centre is open Monday to Saturday 9.30 am to 3pm 

The Town Council Offices are located a few yards away also in Roysse Court, above the Registry Office. Residents Parking Permit applications are taken at this office but if you would prefer to avoid the stairs a member of staff can come down to talk to you at the Information Centre  - please ask at the desk for them to phone up for the right member of staff.

The council sets standards for the delivery of its services and facilities.
