The museum roof is a must see during periods of good weather, as it provides a panoramic view of the town and South Oxfordshire countryside.
Admission to the roof terrace – Adult £2, English Heritage/Child £1
Children must be aged between six and sixteen years old and accompanied by a parent or guardian to access the roof.
We regret that children under the age of 6 cannot go onto the roof for safety reasons.
Please note the roof is closed during inclement weather, the season lasts from April to October and closes for the winter. We’ll try to allow roof visits when possible during the winter months depending on the weather and volunteers availability.
