Abingdon Events Partnership is a local organisation that can provide gazebos for community groups who want to hold an event in Abingdon, whether on the Market Place or elsewhere.
Gazebos cost £15 each per event to hire and there are also other hire options such as small marquees and tables, electric cables, A-boards and hand-wash equipment.
If you want more than 4 gazebos it is recommended that you enquire about a service package that includes delivery and set up/pack down and take away. They can be heavy and hard to put up if you are not used to them.
The Partnership can also offer marketing, ticketing, and other event services.
