Cllr Andy Foulsham – Abingdon on Thames Town Council

Cllr Andy Foulsham (Liberal Democrat) represents the Dunmore ward. He is a representative for the Oxfordshire Pensions Forum.

At the Annual meeting of the Council on 11 May 2022, Cllr Foulsham was elected Mayor of Abingdon for the civic year 2022-2023. As Mayor he is, ex-officio, a member of all Council committees, sub-committees and working groups and an ex-officio nominative Governor to Christ’s Hospital of Abingdon.
