Cllr Helen Pighills

Cllr Helen Pighills (Liberal Democrat) represents Abbey ward.  She sits on the Environment and Amenities Committee and is a nominative Governor to Christ’s Hospital of Abingdon.

Cllr Pighills was the Mayor of Abingdon for 2015-16.
