Cllr Samantha Bowring – Abingdon on Thames Town Council

Cllr Samantha Bowring (Liberal Democrat) represents Caldecott ward and is the Leader of the Council. She sits on the Finance, Governance and Asset Management Committee, and the Personnel Committee.

As Leader of the Council she is, ex-officio, a member of all Council committees, sub-committees and working groups.

Cllr Bowring was Mayor of Abingdon-on-Thames during 2013/14.
