By February 1941 Germany had conquered Western Europe and Norway, but Britain fought on having achieved a number of important victories over the Italians. In 1941 Germany will conquer Yugoslavia, Greece and Crete while fighting the British in the desert, across the North Atlantic and in the skies over British and European cities. The British will achieve victory in East Africa, Iraq and Syria as they slowly recover their strength before the war takes a new turn, with a German invasion of the USSR that will take them to the very gates of Moscow…
