DESCRIPTION:As spring emerges in Abingdon\, our beginner-friendly Couch to 5K group gathers just before the town wakes. We meet at 8am each Saturday\, right before Abingdon parkrun\, moving to 8.45am from week 5. \nAcross nine easy-going weeks\, supportive run leaders guide you from first steps to a confident 5K. The pace is gentle\, the atmosphere warm\, and the successes small at first culminating in a graduation at Abingdon parkrun. You’ll share support\, learn to trust your breathing\, and feel your stamina unfurl like new leaves. \nNo experience needed and no pressure applied.
