DESCRIPTION:Abingdon & District Musical Society will hold its next concert in the main hall at the Manor School\, Faringdon Road\, Abingdon OX13 6LN on Sunday 26th June at 4:30pm \n  \nThe conductor will be Alexander Walker and the orchestra will be led by Kate Bailey. \n  \nThe programme will consist of: \n  \n– Elgar’s songs “From The Bavarian Highlands”\, Op 27; \n– Brahms’ “Liebeslieder Waltzes”\, Op 52; \n– a selection of opera choruses; \n– Tchaikovsky’s symphony no. 2\, “Ukrainian”. \n  \nTickets will be £14 on the door or £12 in advance (children £1 in both cases).
