SUMMARY:Abingdon Royal Jubilee Bunting Brigade: Strip Club & Stringathon
DESCRIPTION:People of all ages and abilities are welcome to join the Abingdon Royal Jubilee Bunting Brigade to help make ‘no sew’ bunting at these regular\, friendly and fun Sunday events during April and May 2022. \nCome alone\, or with your family\, friends or group. Stay for 15 minutes\, or come for the whole session\, it all helps.\nJoin our “Strip Club” to cut or tear fabric into strips or join the “Stringathon”to attach strips to cord to make the bunting. Lovely volunteers will be on hand to explain the very simple method. \nIf you can donate fabric\, cord or pre-made strips we’d be delighted to receive them at the event or when the One Planet Climate Emergency Centre is open (10-1600\, Thurs to Sat). Details of what is required is given in this guidance document. \nWe also have a Facebook group open to all. \nWe want you as a new recruit!
