DESCRIPTION:Abingdon Market Place will be the Basecamp for a day of walks going out in all directions. Most walks will be run by the Ramblers and are a great way to take your walking up to the next level. Or join the Community Walks team to try walking for the first time as a gentle pastime that does you good on so many levels\, mental\, physical\, spiritual and social. Back in the Market Place you can talk to groups like Walking Football\, Walking Tennis and other walking sports\, or have a go with Nordic Walking poles to see if this wonder-workout system is for you! Chiropractors will be on hand to check your posture and there are an array of leaflets and information for those who prefer to walk in their own way and their own time.
