DESCRIPTION:On Saturday 25th of March the first quarter of the Green Forum: Sustainable Food\, draws to a close. \nYou may have already got involved with Changing Plates through Taster Plate sessions\, talks or film showings. If not\, 25th is your opportunity to do so. \nOne Planet Abingdon and Abingdon Carbon Cutters will be doing a joint stall providing information and inspiration. OxVeg will also be there with information about plant-based diets and why starting to make a change for our planet is so important AND Planted Plates and Damascus Rose make a return visit! \nThe Green Forum was initiated by the Town Council in 2022 with the aim of promoting and initiating changes in the community which will help towards carbon neutrality\, reduce waste\, improve biodiversity and promote the general well-being of residents. It agrees upon a focus for activities each quarter. \nCome along to join the celebrations\, it’s never too late to make a change!
