SUMMARY:Craft Café – Make a Pocket Hug
DESCRIPTION:The One Planet Abingdon Climate Emergency Centre team invites you to help us spread the love this Valentines Day! \nJoin us to make a ‘pocket hug’\, a small token that you can keep as a reminder\, pass on to a friend\, neighbour or loved one\, or even a leave somewhere for a total stranger to find. It’s all about spreading positive vibes\, something a lot of us really need right now. \nWe have a collection of small wooden hearts for you to decorate in any way you wish using materials we”ll provide. Then you just need to write a positive message on one of our small recycled cards (or use one we’ve already written for you) and stick your pocket hug onto it\, ready to pass on. \nIt’s a quick\, fun\, easy activity that anyone can do\, although please note that you will need to supervise your own children. \nWe’ll be kicking off on February 4th with a supported session between 1100 and 1500\, and after that\, materials will remain in the cafe for guests to use until we close on February 11th. We do ask you to limit yourself to no more than 3 hearts and cards each\, so everyone can join in. \nThis is a free activity\, but if you are able to make a donation to the One Planet Abingdon piggy bank it will be very much appreciated.
