DESCRIPTION:Get Fitter\, Stronger and Happier through Dance – If you enjoy dancing but find it hard to get out and about to join a class why not try our online group and dance from the comfort of your own home.\n\nWe support older people to take part in creative dance and exercise that will increase their strength and mobility as well as boost well-being and counteract loneliness. Those who come to the group feel these benefits and value what we offer as a safe\, social and fun way to keep fit in a group. We support our members recovering from illness or injury and everyone can work at their own pace according to their ability.\n\nDance for Life Online Mondays 2pm-3pm (term time) Followed by social time £3.50/£4 per class Via Zoom We have room for new members in this group so why not get in touch – the first class is FREE! We also run classes in person in Abingdon\, Bicester and Witney see our website for more information. Summer term runs from Mon 3 June until Mon 15 July.
