DESCRIPTION:The first postcards were introduced to Britain in 1870.\nIn 1871 75 million were sent\, and in 1910 800 million postcards were sent. Collector Elizabeth Drury has loaned use of her collection for this exhibition\, images of places and people mixed with the messages sent evoke nostalgia and humour of times past. \nLocation: Sessions Gallery (museum first floor) \nFREE Admission
