DESCRIPTION:What is mindfulness?\nWhy has it become so popular in recent years?\nHow do you know if it’s right for you?\n\nIf you’re curious about mindfulness\, come and give it a go at this relaxed afternoon workshop.\n\nYou’ll learn what mindfulness is from an experienced teacher\, in a friendly group where everyone’s welcome.\n\nWe’ll cover:\n– What mindfulness is (& what it’s not)\n– How mindfulness can be beneficial for your mental health & wellbeing\n– Simple practices you can start using straight away to reduce stress\n– What it’s like going on a full mindfulness course (& is it right for you?)\n– Time for questions\, discussion & tea\n\nPerfect for complete beginners\, you don’t need any prior knowledge to attend this session.
