DESCRIPTION:Learn how to create 3 nutritious salads! (a session creating 3 salads whilst forging friendships as we make food together). \nThe first of our sustainable food related events will be a demonstration of how to prepare three nutritious salads. We will use seasonal\, local ingredients as far as possible\, sharing recipes and health benefits of ingredients used.
