SUMMARY:Mindfulness for Stress 8-week course
DESCRIPTION:Are you feeling stressed\, tense or anxious?  \nWhether it’s down to work\, relationships\, or the state of the world right now\, this course is for you. \nOver eight mornings and daily home practice you will learn practical tools for coping better with challenges\, reducing tension and boosting your well-being in a friendly group. You’ll also receive a free copy of ‘The Little Mindfulness Workbook’ by Gary Hennessey and recordings of guided meditations to support your learning. \nBy the end of the course participants report experiencing: \n✅ Less stress\, anxiety & overthinking\n✅ Better sleep\n✅ Less physical tension\n✅ More connection with others\n✅ Healthier strategies for managing challenges\n✅ Greater quality of life \nThursdays\, 6.45-9.15pm\n6th October – 1st December (no session on 24th November)\nIn-person at The Mix Community Space\, Wantage \nTo book your FREE* place (usually £250) contact: wantagemix@gmail.com / 07768 767787 \n*Places are free for Oxfordshire residents. £50 deposit required\, refundable on completion of course.
