Mood Music to Lift and Energise

Wake up! Rise and shine! Music can be an effective aid to good mental health. We will listen to music which has the ability to either lift our mood, to brighten our day, to put us in a more positive frame of mind, or to energise and help us out of lethargy or inertia. There will be music for all tastes – classical, folk, pop and you will be invited to share a few of your own favourites. The first of 2 Mood Music sessions today.
