DESCRIPTION:Abingdon Symphony Orchestra\, part of Abingdon & District Musical Society\, will hold a concert at 7:30pm on Saturday 19th March 2022 in the School of St Helen and St Katharine\, Faringdon Road\, Abingdon OX14 1BE. The programme will consist of: \n  \nDvorak: “The Noon Witch”; \nSaint Saens: Cello Concerto (soloist Oliver Simpson\, winner of Abingdon Concerto Competition\, 2021); \nBrahms: Symphony No. 2. \n  \nThe conductor will be Alexander Walker and the orchestra will be led by Kate Bailey.
