Saturday and Sunday 10am – 4pm\nCall in to Unit 25 in Bury Street to see our “Evolving Abingdon” exhibition about what was there before the precinct\, the Charter and Stratton Way – and why it all changed in the 1960s and 70s. Friday – Monday 10am – 4pm\nAlso in Unit 25\, “Reaching for the Stars”: find out about the history of the Culham site from its days as a wartime airfield through to hosting the JET project\, and hear about the latest plans to bring fusion energy onto the grid and into our homes.\nEnjoy a re-enactment of Roman life and witness rural building crafts of a bygone age in the ancient Abbey Buildings.
