The Royal Bun-Throwing Ceremony to celebrate the 90th Birthday of HM the Queen will take place on Saturday 11th June 2016. This is believed to be the 36th occasion on which the ceremony has been performed.
Roads in the town centre will close at 5pm ahead of the ceremony.
