DESCRIPTION:Scramble\, jump\, climb – welcome to the Big Bale Play! \nHigh Lodge Farm will become a giant pop-up playground for just nine days in May – made up entirely of straw bales. Children of all ages can let off steam in the tunnels\, towers\, mazes\, fortress and even our bale pirate ship. \nThe main play area will be perfect for children aged 5 – 14. There will also be a Mini Bale Play for under 5s. Our trusty tractor will be back too\, as well as our sandpit\, picnic area\, coffee trailer and hot food stand for those who have built up an appetite.

DESCRIPTION:The spooky spectacle of Halloween is almost here and we’re inviting brave children and their families to enjoy our first pop-up Pumpkin Patch and Spooky Trail! What will you find inside High Lodge Wood? \nTickets are £3.50 for adults and £5 for children. Under 2s are free. This includes entry to the Pumpkin Patch\, Spooky Trail and activity sheet\, Halloween games and refreshment area and the chance to play in our farm tractor. A free sweet treat is included for all ticket holders. Marshmallow toasting and face painting are extra. \nParking is free and we close at 5pm. \nWe’ll be open late on selected dates for ‘Pumpkin Nights’ – pumpkin picking by torchlight. Drinks\, hot food and marshmallow toasting will also be on offer.

DESCRIPTION:Hop along to High Lodge Farm\, Culham\, Abingdon over the Easter holidays. Can you spot our Easter bunnies\, chicks\, deer and fairy doors in the woodland? Find them all and collect a chocolate treat!\n\n\n\nAs well as exploring the woods\, youngsters can climb on giant log furniture\, play on our straw bale stack\, enjoy various woodland games and say hello to the field of spring lambs.\n\n\n\nThere will also be a bracing spring stroll through the grassland for anyone who fancies it\, taking in spectacular views of ancient Abingdon and the River Thames along the way.\n\n\n\nFinish off by enjoying a hot drink and a cake on our giant picnic benches. Our refreshment trailer The Toot will be serving Oxfordshire-roasted coffee\, tea\, hot chocolate\, gooey brownies\, flapjacks\, ice creams and other cold beverages.\n\n\n\nThe Easter trail will run for two weeks only from 9th to 24th of April\, including Easter Sunday and all bank holidays.\n\n\n\nOpening hours are 10am – 5pm. Entry is £5 per person (babes in arms are free). No booking required and parking is free.\n\n\nHigh Lodge Farm is based at Culham\, near Abingdon. The field runs alongside the A415 Abingdon Road\, approximate postcode OX14 3BN (it is directly opposite two houses). Coming from Abingdon\, the field is approximately 1 mile from Rye Farm Car Park\, on the left hand side. It is roughly 0.4 mile from the Europa School.
