DESCRIPTION:Arrive in your body\, breathe\, listen\, share\, receive\, feel held\, feel safe\, let your true self come shining through.\n\nBooking Link:\nhttps://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/237431623377\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\nDue to Easter\, this meeting is scheduled on a Tuesday evening (normally Sunday evening). \nSilvia Siret has been offering women’s circles since 1995. She’s an experienced facilitator\, a mother to two grown-up women\, a bonus mother to three grown-ups\, a wife and dog owner. It’s possible that her non-malting dog will be present in the space. If you have a pet allergy\, please do get in touch before you book. \nThis meeting will be about ‘family’. We will all have had some kind of time with ourselves\, friends or family over Easter. We might feel either the lack of or the abundance of family (friends) in our life\, or anything in between. As always\, there’ll be a guided meditation to arrive in the body\, and time to share. \nSilvia has a way of creating safe spaces in which you can show up with your authentic self. She guides with integrity and supports wholeheartedly. Everything shared in the space is 100% confidential. \nYou will be able to arrive in your body through guided meditation\, sit in circle with other women\, feel the community and friendship\, and you may feel safe to share what’s within you. Every sharing is a gift and is always received as such\, and all emotion is welcome. You can ask for and offer guidance and support\, yet\, we won’t give unsolicited advice. \nThemes revolve around women’s bodies (and all that comes with it)\, the moon cycle\, and any other women’s issues. We create little rituals which help us understand what we need\, want or what to let go of. \nSilvia’s way is down-to-earth and spiritual. She brings her true self to the circle in order to encourage her participants’ true selves. \nThis is a space for women.
