Our opening hours for phone calls are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4pm. The Town Council reception and Visitor Information Centre is open Monday – Friday 10am to 4pm.

You can contact a member of the Outdoor Services Team at weekends on 07729 103037 for any emergency issues connected with play areas, the Market Place, Recreation Areas, Cemeteries, Allotments and Christmas Lights.
The emergency telephone number is 01235 422420 for anything which is an immediate risk or emergency which cannot wait. Please do not rely on e-mail to report an emergency.
