The negative feelings I experience disappear quicker when I embrace them.” – Kate\n\nWho is this course for?\nThis course is for anyone experiencing stress whether that’s from work\, relationships\, world events or other factors outside your control.\n\nThis is for you if you’re feeling:\n stressed out\n prone to worrying\n trouble concentrating or switching off\n easily overwhelmed\n like life has lost its sense of joy\n always overthinking things\n\nBeginners are welcome. To feel the full benefits you will need to commit to doing 10 – 30 minutes of home practice each day for the duration of the course.\n\nPlease use the registration form to express your interest to participate in this FREE eight-week course. Submitting your expression of interest doesn’t guarantee a place.
