We’re hosting the 1st ever Abingdon Eco Fair on Saturday 13th May

An opportunity to answer so many questions you have about the climate and nature crisis, and find viable ways of responding as an individual.

Changing up your lifestyle in small ways can add up to a big difference over  time. Imagine the impact of being part of an army of people all making those important changes!

There are three events happening in the Town Centre on May 13th: here’s what you can do…

• attend one of the short talks in the Guildhall (Roysse Room)
• stroll around the Eco Fair Market on the Market Place and meet some exhibitors
• join in the activities put on by the One Planet group, taking place under the museum arches and downstairs in the basement.
• Includes bike checks and sewing repair café

Some of the exhibitors on offer:

• Meet someone who can tell you why your house isn’t as warm as it should be
• What if your next home improvement was also an improvement for the planet?
• Get cleaning product refills delivered in an electric van
• Sandwich bags to re-use again and again
• Rainforests- an alternative approach and a range of treats that dogs will love
• Electric bikes – more zooms and less fumes.
• Find out about grants to help low income houses install insulation and better heating
