We will be discussing “Has the UK reduced its CO2 emissions by 44% since 1990?”.- ’ This claim is made in Johnson’ s Foreword to the 2021 Net Zero Strategy (see short article on Carbon Independent – https://www.carbonindependent.org/111.html). The main difficulty is that it does take account of emissions related to net imports and to aviation.
