Museum Summer Crafts: ‘JEWELLERY & JUNK!’
19th August - 10:30 am - 3:30 pm
We will be delving into our store of beads to make simple jewellery. We will also be raiding our cupboards to set up a ‘tube challenge’ where you can transform any cylinder into something you choose, using all our odds and ends.
Time: 10:30am to 12:30pm & 1:30pm to 3:30pm
Drop in session, booking not required.
FREE entry (suggested donation £1 per child).
Location: Museum Basement & Gallery
Our volunteer-run family activities are a great way to spend a bit of time learning a new skill. Enjoy being creative with a range of craft ideas, with many items available to take home when you have finished!
The recommended age for our craft activity is from 3 years old, but younger children are welcome to join our sessions accompanied by a parent or guardian. Be mindful that we use bits&bobs and small pieces of material during our craft sessions
