We start of the class with a fun warm up and energy cleanse followed by embodying fun Zumba formula 1 steps to upbeat fun music!
This class is high pace and fun for a morning workout to start your day!
We finish by doing a light cool down

Every scene, sketch and story is created on the spot, meaning no two shows are ever the same.
Expect quick wit, unexpected twists and plenty of laughter as the cast turn audience suggestions into completely original comedy.
We love suggestions but audience participation is entirely optional – if you’d rather sit back and enjoy the show, that’s absolutely fine. No-one ever gets picked on, it’s just not our thing!
Whether it’s your first improv show or your fiftieth, you’re guaranteed a unique night out.
