Cllr Skinner is the Mayor of Abingdon for 2026-27.  As Mayor he may sit on any standing committee of the town council ‘ex officio’ (by virtue of his office).  As Mayor of Abingdon, Cllr Skinner is also a Nominative Governor to Christ’s Hospital of Abingdon.
