Liberal Democrat.

Cllr Skinner is the Deputy Mayor for 2025 -26.  Cllr Skinner sits on the Community committee and is the town council’s representative to the Neighbourhood Plan steering group.  He is also a Nominative Governor to Christ’s Hospital of Abingdon.
