Visitors are welcome to the talks programme. Talks are at 7.00 pm normally on the first Thursday each month in the Parish Centre which is alongside the Church of St Helen. Please get these Thursdays into your diary and invite anyone with an interest in heritage and history.
There are short talks and the opportunity to meet people with similar interests on one Saturday each month in the Museum gallery which will be on the town diary.
You can also leave any idea in the suggestions box at the Museum and of course speak with staff.
Museum Friends hold an annual quiz. This is open to all, an interesting evening with a good quiz, general knowledge and not too difficult. The Museum and the Visitor and Community Information Centre will have information near the time.
