War of the Roses Lecture - Abingdon on Thames Town Council

A regular speaker at Abingdon Museum, Gareth delivers his specialist subjects in military history in a truly absorbing way, capturing the imagination of his audiences with new insights into popular topics and broaching previously unanswered questions. This year we accompany him on a journey through the world of late Medieval England, exploring the conflict and usurpation of the throne of Henry IV, the reigns of Henry V and VI, and concluding with the events surrounding the Battle of Bosworth.
