ADHD Peer-to-Peer Support Group
A newly created Oxfordshire based ADHD peer-to-peer support group:
Whether you are an adult, parent/carer or a partner of an ADHDer diagnosed or undiagnosed, this is a support group for your ADHD journey.
In-person meetings every other week, alternating between the ‘Adult Journey and the Parent/Carer Journey’.
Meetings are held at: Unit 25 Community Spaces, 25 Bury Street, Abingdon, OX14 3QT
The adult journey is for adults 18 years and over who are navigating life with diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD. It is also for partners and close friends of adult ADHDers who are looking for ways to help and support their loved ones.
The parent/carer journey is for adults 18 years and over who are navigating the education and/or home support for their diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD children.
• Private Facebook group where members can chat daily and share experiences. It also comes with a library of weblinks to supporting organisations and presentations to help increase our knowledge on this neurodevelopmental disorder.
