Get Fitter, Stronger and Happier through Dance – Come and try our fun, sociable and creative dance classes. We do an hour of dancing followed by tea/coffee and social time together.
We support older people to take part in creative dance and exercise that will increase their strength and mobility as well as boost well-being and counteract loneliness. Those who come to the group feel these benefits and value what we offer as a safe, social and fun way to keep fit in a group. We support our members recovering from illness or injury and everyone can work at their own pace according to their ability. Dance for Life Abingdon Tuesdays 10am-11am (term time) followed by refreshments £4.50/£5 per class Trinity Church Hall, Conduit Road, Abingdon OX14 1DB
We have room for new members in this group so why not get in touch – the first class is FREE!
Summer Term runs from 16 April until 9 July (no class for half term on 28 May) We also have an online class for those who cannot get to a live class, this is on Mondays 2pm-3pm details are on the website.
