A vacancy has arisen in the town council’s busy Outdoor Services team for an operative to help with a wide range of tasks including looking after the cemeteries, maintaining the vibrant town centre floral displays, managing our open spaces, playgrounds, street furniture and some public buildings. Flexibility and a willingness to be involved in a range of diverse tasks from weed control to assisting at civic and community events is essential. The town council’s activities are many and varied.
