    This free 2.5-hour interactive workshop introduces the concept of self-compassion as a practical, evidence-informed approach to supporting emotional wellbeing. Designed for individuals experiencing wellbeing highs and lows, the session offers a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space to explore how we relate to ourselves during moments of distress, difficulty, or self-criticism.

    This free 8 week course explores self-esteem, its influences, and practical techniques to boost confidence. Each week focuses on topics such as low self-esteem, challenging thoughts, core beliefs, and self-care.
