The Last Sun Dome - Abingdon on Thames Town Council

The Sun Dome, presented by Culham Centre for Fusion Energy, is a fascinating and educational activity for youngsters aged 5+. The Sun Dome is a giant inflatable dome that uses projections, images and videos to explore the workings of the Sun, how it continues to burn and how the energy of the sun has inspired new research!

There has been a wonderful response from families for the first two workshops. The final workshop will take place this week 26 August 2015, with sessions running at 10am, 11am, 1pm and 2pm.
