We are delighted to announce the opening of a special exhibition celebrating 90 years since the creation of the MG Marque. The history of MG in Abingdon is one of international recognition, with owners and enthusiasts visiting the spiritual home and MG Car Club from far and wide including Australia, America, Japan and China. The exhibition is a delightful collection of authentic factory memorabilia, personal items owned by Cecil Kimber – sometimes known as the Father of MG, replica models, trophies and footage from the British Motor Heritage Archives.
The exhibition will be open Tuesday-Sunday every week and bank holiday mondays until July 20th. There will also be occaisions to see other MG cars in the Market Place as part of rallies and outings, the first of which is taking place on Sunday 23rd March fro 9-10am and 2-4pm.
