If you’re curious about mindfulness, come and give it a go at this relaxed afternoon workshop.
You’ll learn what mindfulness is from an experienced teacher, in a friendly group where everyone’s welcome.
We’ll cover:
– What mindfulness is (& what it’s not)
– How mindfulness can be beneficial for your mental health & wellbeing
– Simple practices you can start using straight away to reduce stress
– What it’s like going on a full mindfulness course (& is it right for you?)
– Time for questions, discussion & tea

Perfect for complete beginners, you don’t need any prior knowledge to attend this session. Bring your questions, your curiosity and your doubts too.
All exercises and information will be completely secular, and you won’t be asked to sit on the floor or close your eyes if you don’t want to.
You also don’t need to be able to clear your mind or get rid of your thoughts (that’s a myth about meditation) – busy, stressy minds are welcome!
