Scams are increasingly common and many people are caught out. Representatives from Oxfordshire Age UK and a local Police Community Support Officer will be at Abingdon Library to give advice on how to avoid being scammed.
Achieve Oxfordshire will be presenting a free talk at the Library on how to eat well on a budget, including general information on living a healthy lifestyle and the opportunity to sign up for a free weight management programme. Achieve Oxfordshire is delivered by the innovative healthy lifestyle provider Thrive Tribe, and funded by Oxfordshire County Council.
