Britain’s newest Pride comes to Britain’s oldest town on Saturday 22nd June 2019.
Abingdon Pride takes place on Saturday 22nd June and will include:
Entertainment and stalls on the Market Place from 10am to 5pm. The programme has now been finalised:
10:00 AM – Opening of Pride by the Mayor of Abingdon, Cllr Charlie Birks and Layla Moran, MP for Oxford West & Abingdon
11:00 AM– Welcome from Layla Moran MP
11:10 AM – Andy Robbins
11:35 AM – Ashnah dance
12:00 PM – Christopher Caul
12:35 PM – Ashnah Dance
1:00 PM – Horatio kuppa T and the Zeppelin Crew
2:00 PM – Attitude Dance
2:15 PM – Jelly Cube
3:45 PM – Sophia Blackwell
4:00 PM – Nina Jade
Market Place activities organised by Yummy Events with assistance from and in partnership with Abingdon Town Council and the Abingdon 2019 Community Pride Committee.

Picnic area in the Roysse Court Gardens (opposite the Market Place) from 10AM to 5PM with refreshments offered by the Abbey Cinema.

The Abbey Cinema are showing both Pride (5PM) and Rocketman (8PM) to celebrate Abingdon Pride
Pablo Lounge are hosting an Open Mic Night and Poetry Slam (7:30PM) in collaboration with Mostly Books to show support for Pride
The Kings Head and Bell are continuing the party at their venue until late in the evening
The Tipsy Mercer will be offering Pride cocktails and Dexter Harvey will be on the piano
