Mayoral events – Tickets selling fast for Race Night

The Mayor of Abingdon-on-Thames, Cllr Alice Badcock, is organising a Charity Race Night at Edward Brooks Barracks. This will take place on Friday 24th February at 7pm.  All proceeds to the Mayor’s Charities, Little Troopers and Oxfordshire MIND.

Tickets are very good value at £2.50 per person, available via the Information Office at Roysse Court (Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 3pm), e-mail enquiries@abingdon.gov.uk or telephone 01235 522642.

This is expected to be a very popular evening and tickets are selling fast so if you want to come along you are advised to purchase your ticket as soon as you are able.

DATE FOR THE DIARY:   Also note that tickets will soon be on sale for the Mayor’s Spring Ball, due to take place at Frilford Heath Golf Club on Friday 7th April 2017 (7pm).  This will also be raising money for the Mayor’s Charities.  Further details will appear as a news item on this website when the tickets go on sale.
