Mindfulness for Stress 8-week in-person course
Are you feeling stressed, tense or anxious?
Whether it’s down to work, relationships, or the state of the world right now, this course is for you.
Over eight weekly sessions and daily home practice you will learn practical tools for coping better with challenges, reducing tension and boosting your well-being in a friendly group.
You’ll also receive a free copy of ‘The Little Mindfulness Workbook’ by Gary Hennessey and recordings of guided meditations to support your learning.
By the end of the course participants report experiencing:
