The Mayor’s Awards were first instituted for the year 1995/96 by the Mayor, Cllr Dr Jim Halliday. They have been awarded at the Annual Mayor-Making each year since then.
The Awards are presented to those who have given outstanding service to the community of Abingdon-on-Thames. A full list is detailed below.
